Connie Fumich



As a licensed REALTOR, Connie brings 30 years of business, specifically Retail Finance and IT expertise, with her to her career in real estate. With a focus on customer service above all else, Connie loves matching people and houses, helping clients to envision potential home improvements and how to make the house their very own. After growing up in Highland Heights and graduating from Mayfield High School, Connie is an Alumna of John Carroll University with a degree in Business Administration. The Mother of two boys, Connie and her husband, Mike, are empty nesters in Claridon Twp. where they share their home with their Goldendoodle, Bailey. Connie spends her free time completing home renovations and socializing at their cottage on Kelleys Island.

Julie Bowes

Closing Coordinator


As the closing coordinator for HG Agents, Julie coordinates all of the details from the time your home goes under contract, until the time it closes. She makes sure all dates are met, I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. Julie’s professionalism and dedication to customer service, accountability, and communication make her the perfect person to manage the many moving parts of the closing process. Julie strives to go above and beyond in all things and is passionate about helping our clients begin their next chapter. Julie has a BA in Creative Writing from Ohio University, Master’s Degree in Publishing from Kingston University and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Lake Erie College.

Missy Smith



Missy's driving passion is to help her clients find the home, where they will build their lives and create lasting memories. Her keen eye for real estate and dedication to understanding her clients’ needs is the key to making that happen. Missy received her real estate license from Hondros and holds a BA in Art Education and Administration from The Ohio State University. An avid runner in her free time, Missy lives in Twinsburg with her husband Matt and their children.

Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from John Caroll University and lives in South Russell with his wife, Michaela, and their three children.

Erin Bruner



Erin is passionate about helping buyer clients find their perfect home while creating exceptional customer experiences! While finding the right fit can sometimes be a long and frustrating process, Erin’s positivity, enthusiasm and passion for helping others makes her the very best person for the job. Born and raised in Geauga County, Erin holds a B.S in Nutritional Sciences from Kent State University and lives in Munson with her two children.

Jeanne Wild

With her drive to provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and her past experience in marketing for a privately held software company, Jeanne is the perfect person to ensure your home is presented in its best possible light to the largest possible number of potential buyers. She will be sure your needs are met from beginning to end as she guides you through the initial steps of the MLS listing process and conducts ongoing digital marketing and advertising of your home. She will keep you in the loop with everything going on behind the scenes as our team works to attract qualified buyers and get your home sold for the best possible price. An alumna of Western Reserve Academy, Jeanne holds a B.S in Marketing from Lake Erie College and lives in Chagrin Falls with her husband, Jason
